Mrs. Agustina Balbin Castellano's Obituary
CASTELLANO, Agustina Balbin 92 of Tampa passed away on December 5th, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo Castellano, sons-in-law, Robert W. Neff and Mario R. Encinosa, Sr. Survived by daughters, Rosanna Encinosa and Vivian Neff; grandsons, Dr. Mario R. Encinosa and wife, Heather, and Stacey Patrick Neff; two great grand-daughters, Sydney Shu and Claire Yi Encinosa; sister, Rita Hernandez, sister-in-law Betty LaBarbera and husband, John; her godson, Joe Petralia and her many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff at Carrollwood Care Center for their love and tender attentive care of their loved one. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in her memory to Carrollwood Care Center, LifePath Hospice (Gold Team) or charity of your choice. Private funeral services will be held on Tuesday.
