Adelaide Rodriguez's Obituary
Adelaide Garcia Rodriguez passed away peacefully on September 30, 2023. Adela lived in Tampa, Florida, her whole life, but experienced the world by traveling with her family. She joins her husband, Armando Rodriguez, daughters Yolanda Ann Mendez and Dorothy Perez Farmer, and grandson Ovidio Mendez, Jr., in heaven. She leaves behind her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Edward Mendez, his wife Jessica Weinberger Mendez, and their children (Mia, Bryn, and Lucas); Daniel Mendez, his wife Karyn Zalman Mendez, and their children (Ezekial and expecting a little girl), Alexis Villanueva Baldwin, her husband Jonathan Baldwin and their children (Breya and Spencer) and Carlos Villanueva. Adela is also survived by her brothers Robert and Jerry Garcia as well as many friends and family members.
Adela’s legacy of love, kindness, and resilience will continue to inspire us all. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the beauty and serenity she loved so much.
Her service mass will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church (12708 North Dale Mabry Highway Tampa, Fl, 33618) at 10:00am on Monday, October 9, 2023.
