A friend's husband passed away and I live several states away and would not be able to attend. I ordered the Devine Peace Bouquet for delivery on the day of the visitation/service. Rec'd an email that stated that it had been delivered on the date I requested, it actually went the evening before. I was concerned it would not look nice for the service. I stated so in a reply email. I rec'd a phone call almost immediately. Letting me know why and how it was taken care of. Nice and I felt better. Great way to take care of my concerns.

We are able to deliver at the same day when orders are placed before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, or by 12:00 PM Noon on Saturday and Sunday, in the recipient's time zone.
