To Tammy, girls, and family, I have worked with Victor in the past with Pitney Bowes. He was a man with unending energy,he had a contagious smile that many times got me through the challenging days. He would always take out the time to answer questions, and most of all just listen...that wonderful asset is something that you do not find in anyone. God gives us all days here on this earth and it's who we touch that makes a difference...sometimes we don't understand why these things happen at the time but he does give us strength to get through it. We are praying for you.

I want to extend my sincere condolences to Victor's famiy. I know that he will be greatly missed. Thinking of him these past few days has taken me back to our school days, particularly when we were in high school, although we became close friends at St. Joseph's. Any story that I share about TC, has Victor in it. There is always laughter in my story. Usually there is mischief, but always laughing and great times. I am so happy to have these memories of us together. Whenever I ran into him after we were grown with kids of our own, we could go right back to the laughing and joking just like we did years before. Victor, truly one in a million. It was pleasure to wait on him and sell him jewelry and watches not only for himself but for everyone he loved. It gave him so much joy to give gifts and to help me out whenever he could. I'll never forget how you were always thinking of your beautiful daughters and what you could get them next.
