Gioacchino Ippolito

Gioacchino Ippolito was born in Santo Stefano Quisquina, Provincia Agrigento, Sicilia on January 2,1948. He immigrated to the United States in 1968 and became a naturalized United States citizen in 1976. He is survived by: his wife of 49 years, Ilaria Midulla Ippolito; his two children, Francesca Ippolito-Craven (her husband Andrew Craven) and Pietro Ippolito (his wife Misty Ip-polito); his three grandchildren, Antonella and Nerina Craven and Rosalia Ippolito; his two broth-ers, Vincenzo Ippolito and Alessandro Ippolito (his wife Dianna Ippolito); and his three sisters, Rosalia Ippolito, Angela Duncan, and Nerina Seleznick (her husband Dr. Mitchel Seleznick); and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by: his brother, Antonio Ippolito; his sister, Maria Ippolito; and his nephew, Joseph Duncan. Gioacchino earned his Bachelor of Arts in education from University of South Florida, and his Master of Arts in education administration from Nova Southeastern University.
