When I was little I remember going to church with her. God was always number one. My grandmother was such a strong women. She would take care of so many of us at once. I don't know how she did it but she did. If you know Oty she was tough when she needed to be and loving.
I was so fortunate to see her a week prior
To her passing. I was so happy that she recognized who I was and of course Oty being Oty always asked about the kids first..lol
Embracing me with her hugs and kisses meant everything to me. Before I left to go back to Pennsylvania she told me she was sad because everyone was leaving. She was so happy that we were all together for the first time In a long time. It broke my heart to hear say that but I knew thats what she wanted before her passing.
Oty I wanted to say thank you for being the tough cookie we love. You fought till the end. Now you are free! You and Titi Marta are our angels to watch and protect us. I will miss you so much!
