My great “Aunt Gloria” was someone who’s name was a perfect fit. Being around her was comforting and uplifting, like rereading the familiar passage Luke 2:14 or singing along to “her Gloria song” at church. She always had a smile, laugh or funny story to share.

Some of my favorite memories with Aunt Gloria are eating empanadas and drinking “real” cokes, listening to stories about my Nana and her holding and caring for Oliver when he was just born. Gloria loved well and was well loved.
